Need Incorporation International partners up with WHF and Taita Taveta International Mining & Industrial City

World Heroes Foundation recently partnered up the Need Incorporation in the Taita Taveta International Mining and Industrial City project. The company which is pioneered by the President/ C.E.O Willie Johnson, an International Project Developer and Mr. James L. Golden, also a Senior Project Developer has its core objectives as developing mega projects by maximizing the use of local labor and materials.
The Directors clearly stated in a statement as below:
Our company continues to streamline its focus on the use of constructive financing formulas to assist its clients in project development such as; barter trade options as a means of financing project development. Our success over the past four years of accepting manufactured products or goods produced from the facilities we design and construct as a means to
defray development cost to the owners has proved very popular with both financial institutions and development investors. In addition, the company  will begin accepting commodities from qualified owners to cover the cost of our services. We are now in discussion from three major project owners to develop their projects using this pilot-financing
scheme. This approach in working with our clients shows the confidence we have in our professional staff’s ability to get the projects right and operating on schedule and within the allocated target budget. Further implementation of this scheme will depend on the success of these pilot projects, however provisions have been made and funding set-aside
for four additional projects that have applied for ourconsideration in the scheme. To date, the MEPSI Group has operating experience in over 15 countries as listed below. We presently have company staff and representation in six of the fifteen countries listed below. In addition to the above, we are now in negotiations with clients to participate in projects in Tanzania, Kenya, China and Jamaica. Many of our staff speak the local languages in the countries they are based, and all of our staff, both those located in the host country and those in a supporting roleback in the GMD offices understand and respect the local customs and requirements of our host countries.
We believe that our partnership will have a greater impact in the Kenyan economy creating jobs for millions of youth in the country.
